We are excited to announce our latest open call for artists to submit work for a unique exhibition opportunity at T.A.F./ the art foundation. The exhibition will coincide with the grand opening of T.A.F Shop, offering artists a dual opportunity to showcase and sell their work in the heart of Athens.
We are particularly interested in receiving artworks that have multiples (2+ works under the same theme or style), such as ceramics, prints, drawings, paintings, sculptures, textiles and other art forms that can be both exhibited at the T.A.F. Gallery and sold in T.A.F Shop. Our preference for multiples ensures that while one piece is featured in the exhibition, additional/similar pieces can be offered for sale in the shop.
This opportunity allows your artwork to gain maximum exposure and reach a wider audience in the heart of Athens, attracting art enthusiasts, collectors, and tourists alike.
Requirements
- All national and international artists evidencing a reputable and committed artistic career are invited to submit their work.
- All two-dimensional and three-dimensional work is accepted.
- We welcome artworks that have multiples (2+ works under the same theme or style) such as ceramics, prints, drawings, paintings, sculptures, textiles etc. The artist can exhibit originals and sell prints or exhibit different artworks from the ones being sold. The only prerequisite for the works you will submit is that there are under the same theme or style.
- There is no limitation on how many projects or how many images per project you will submit. Please label your files as name_surname_title_medium_year.jpg
Commission and fees
- Cream Athens does not take any commission from the sales during the exhibition and the shop. Earnings from all artwork sales will go 100% towards the artists.
- The duration of the works included in the shop will extend beyond the 1-month exhibition period, as we aim for a long-term collaboration between T.A.F. Shop and the selected artists.
- A small contribution fee of £30 (VAT included) will be asked at the final stage of the application process. The respective funds will be used to foster the exhibition’s scope further within the creative industry. Please note that the fee is per artist and not per artwork.
- No additional fees or charges will fall to the artists after selection. All exhibition production costs are covered by us.
- The submission fee can be paid in any currency via the form, and it is not refundable.
- A selection committee will decide on the final list of artists. Selected artists notified via email.
- Shipment of works is a responsibility of the artist.

The shop aims to support artists by providing a space to sell their work to a broad and diverse audience, offering excellent visibility in a prime location.
