About the work

"Fascia is the collagen connective tissue network that runs through our entire body and surrounds our muscles and organs. Fascia keeps our body in shape and gives it strength and mobility. Like our muscles, the fascial network atrophies if we don't take good care of it and exercise it regularly. Then we get adhesions at the fascia, we feel stiff and immobile, and we get tension and hardening, which can sometimes be very painful."
