About the work

The happy wizard. Is he really happy?
Maybe he is wearing a mask.
Covering all the negative feelings. Covering all the negative thoughts.
Moving. Standing. Existing.
Always with the vizard in the face.
His vivid outfit. Covering the dullness. Faking.
Smiling, cause of a habit.

About the artist

Olga started her art studies at Glasgow School of Art in Scotland. In 2019, she graduated as a graphic designer from University of Derby. After that, she has been constantly covered with clay at her studio, which she likes calling it tapada art lab. The vital factor of her artwork is to unfold fears, insecurities, absence of unconditional love and broken smiles, in a colourful way. Olga creates to find serenity and wishes to pass it on to people. Facing her deepest fears and turning them into happiness, that’s her goal.
